All products sold by The Maker Store are warranted to be as described in the online catalog and suitable for the purpose for which they are offered.
If you are ever dissatisfied, please contact us! We don't want you to be unhappy!
Consumables, such as 3D printer filament, may be returned for a full refund as long as the package has not been opened. If it has, we will cheerfully replace it with a new item. If you really can't use it, talk to use and let's see if we can come up with a fair solution.
Our Prusa-designed 3D printers are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase. Within that time we will repair or replace the printer, at our option, if it doesn't work as you hoped. Extended warranties and support agreements are available at additional cost.
You may return a new printer for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase but you must have everything that came with it including the packaging. If you've torn or destroyed the packaging, we will deduct the cost of new packaging from your refund. If you've opened the filament, you'll have to buy the spool.
